Rebecca, The part number for the On/Off switch is [00165886], the part is no longer available from the manufacturer. We can no longer get it from any of our suppliers. There is no substitute for the part available to us and we don't know of any other source for the part. You may want to try contacting local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it, or try eBay, Amazon or similar sites. Search by using the manufacturers part number. Brian, Yes a bad on/off switch can cause the unit to not come on. Test for 120 vac at the switch and if there is power to the switch but no power coming out of the switch then the on/off switch will need replaced.

Hello DYIlady73. Yes the button Part# 00184588 can be replaced easily. Here are the instructions from the manufacture for the module. This will get you access to replace the On & Off switch 00175338. Hope this helps. 1.Remove fascia panel by removing six (6)T-20 Torx inner door screws.2.Disconnect wire harnesses from module after noting connector locations. 3.Remove fascia panel from console by removing four (4) T-20 Torx screws.4.Remove two (2) T-20 Torx screws holding module to console.5.Carefully pry back locking tabs on each front corner of module, then remove module from console. Remove button pad from module.
