Jerry C. April 01, 2012 for Model Number Thermador Control Housing VCH-6 SCC Statement: The Bosch PN 414750 (AP2832180) Original PN 19-19-104 replacement part switch is the correct part for it. I questioned the ON/OFF mode which I thought was not there which your technician agreed. It turns out we were BOTH wrong for whatever reason. By putting a little more pressure on the shaft, the switch will turn off with a audible click. All is good to go as a proper replacement ON/OFF variable switch. Jerry Chin
1 Answer Hi Jerry. Sometimes it is hard not to be directly in the field at times to see the part in action. We thank you for your response and pass it along to all who needs this information in the future. Thank You very much. Read More...

Jerry C. March 23, 2012 for Model Number Thermador Control Housing VCH-6 Regarding switch #AP2832180 not having an ON/Off setting, it is not the proper replacement switch for my Thermador Control Housing VCH-6. Is there a replacement part that has the ON/OFF + variable speed mode in your possesion. This switch activates my Thermador Tradewind VR1000 wall ventilator. My residential wiring is 110V. Thank you. Jerry March 20, 2012 for Model Number Thermador Tradewind Control Housing VCH-6 connected to a Wall Ventilator VR-1000 I have a Thermador Tradewind Control Housing VCH-6 connected to a Wall Ventilator VR-1000. The switch part numbers given are as follows: original 19-19-104 and your PN is AP2832180 (Bosch 414750). The replacement sent by you does not have a off/on "click" when rotated switched on. Instead it rotates freely with no click. Question: Is the power constantly on or is it off when the switch is rotated CCW or CW however it works. This is the best I am able to describe this switch in my possession from you.
1 Answer Hello Jerry. The switch 00414750 is a variable speed control, and as you turn it, the motor goes faster and slower. Hope this helps. Read More...
Andy G. March 20, 2011 for Model Number h65 Hi Specialist, About to place order and found that ... Based on the provided view, in the center one; black to with the label is in a different location on the new switch... My h65 shows white-swirl in the center, but yours shows black in the center and I have the black in the left hand side instead. Should I follow color for connection or the position? My 3 wires are coming out from side, but yours are coming from top. Are this the right one for Thermador H65 model. Thanks, Andy
1 Answer Andy, Thanks for the inquiry. You do have the correct part number for your speed selector switch00414750. When you install the new switch and connect the wires. You will attach the wires by color, ie New black wire to original black wire, white with a black stripe to white with a black stripe, etc. Not by wire position. Hope this helps you out. You're welcome and Good Luck. Read More...
