Questions & Answers

For Dacor Oven Door Hinge Kit (Part Number: OEM13098159)

Joe Z., Attempting to replace the springs wouldn't solve the issue, either. The 701034 and the 701035 Oven Door Hinge Kit(s) have been discontinued by the manufacturer. The manufacturer no longer sells the part. We can no longer get it from any of our suppliers. There is no substitute for the part available to us and we don't know of any other source for the part. You may want to try contacting local parts dealers, one of them might still have it in stock. Enter your part number in a search engine, a smaller company might have it. Try eBay, Amazon or similar sites. Search by using the manufacturer's part number You could also try a used appliance store, sometimes they have the same model or usable part for your machine. Thanks,

Linda, To remove the door, you will open the door all the way. On the hinge there is a hook that a latch will hook around. Hook the latch on both sides then close the door. When it gets to a stopping point you will grab the door with both hands and lift up and out on the door.

Hello Gary. The hinges 701034 are not hard to replace. Just make sure you lay the door on a soft surface and remember how you disassemble the door for reassembly. Thank you!
