Cindy, The element retainer screws are usually a 1/4 in. hex head sheet metal screws, or a #2 phillips head sheet metal screw. You'll need a 1/4" nut driver or socket and wrench or a #2 phillips screwdriver to remove the element retainer screws.

Ro, You will want to check the oven sensor to make sure that the sensor has a resistance of 1090 ohms at room temp. If this checks ok then the issue will be a faulty control board which is part number 5304509493.

Hello Phillis, I'm sorry but we will need to ask you to post a new question including the model number from your units' I.D. tag so we can look at the unit you actually have and give you accurate information. There will be screws around the perimeter of the rear panel that have to be removed to access the enclosed connections and components. Be sure, before removing any access covers, to remove power from the appliance to protect you from electric shock. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

Phillis, Make sure you remove power to the range, then move it out enough to get behind it. You may find it easier to remove the rear control panel cover first (5 or 6 screws) then remove the cover plate where the power cord or electrical connection enters the back of the range (2 or 3 screws). Then remove the remainder of the screws securing the back panel cover to the side frames and cross members, start across the top and work your way down the sides to the bottom.
