Judy Belle December 13, 2017 for Model Number possibly 35455226/033051344389 ? I have an OLD Tappan cook top with attached oven over. The baking element is burnt out. I purchased a 17" replacement from you (great service by the way) but the old element does not clip in to the plug, but screws in. Is there some sort of adapter or other answer for this dilemma or am I just plain out of luck. Thanks
1 Answer Judy, The bake element for your 35-4552-26 cooktop oven has been discontinued by the manufacturer 5303207157 / 221T010P05 also subs 5303207157 - has been discontinued by the manufacturer. You may want to shop around on the internet, using the manufacturer's part numbers, someone may have a replacement part in stock ? Another option would be to replace the wiring eyelets and screws with hi temp. hi voltage 1/4 inch terminals from the local electronics, hardware store or home improvement center. Read More...

Cookie November 22, 2016 I have a Tappan stove with one small oven on top and the bigger one on bottom . The burner on the bottom of oven is out, how ever I only have the serial number and model #. I need to know what to order to get it working again. model # 3181148088D- and serial #VF01018083.
1 Answer Cookie, We are unable to find or retrieve any parts or service information using the model number you supplied. Please recheck the model number and include any dots or dashes between the numbers on the production tag on the stove. The bake element is a very good possibility, if the oven isn't heating but we need a model number in order to recommend the correct part(s) and the power and circuit checks to make.
