Squeak November 03, 2018 for Model Number FES365ESD Hoe do I replace the clock overlay? Does the front part of the stove where the dials are located come off and how do I get it off?

Steven J. April 07, 2013 for Model Number 318414214 part # I ordered part 318414214 from you a little over a year ago and as of today there has been a short in the EOC. After removing it from the stove, apparantly a resistor had burned up. Is there a problem with this part in general before I reorder another to replace this one?
