Clay, It would be recommended to make sure that there is 120 vac to the valve. If there is when you push the lever but does not dispense water then this would be a faulty valve.

Jim for Model Number FGHF266PF3

Module dispenses water, but if I select ICE, the whole fridge shuts off and comes back as soon I release the paddle. I took apart the display and what I see is that the dispenser module has, I think, a small motor that operates the chute flap. I've disconnected the flapper motor, and when pressing the paddle, fridge doesn't shut off. Is this the right part to order to fix this issue? Hello Scott, thank you for contacting AppliancePartsPros.com That sounds like something got grounded out when the module was being installed. This may have fried the control panel 5304513303. If there is no obvious damage to the wiring behind the control panel or to the module that was replaced, I would suspect that the wiring built into the door 807460060 has been damaged and the door will need to be replaced.

Donald, Check to make sure that there are no pinched wires from installation at this would be a likely cause for this issue. If this is good then it may be a faulty dispenser control board.
