Donald, Check to make sure that there are no pinched wires from installation at this would be a likely cause for this issue. If this is good then it may be a faulty dispenser control board.

Dueh for Model Number FFHB2740PS9A

My ice maker makes ice(ice bucket is full)but it won't dispense ice. It does dispense water. I already replaced the Auger Motor part # AP5330823 and the Solenoid and yoke Assy part # AP5780907 but it still doesn't dispense ice at the door and you don't hear the Auger Motor at all when trying to dispense ice at the door.If it's the Dispenser Funnel Guide Assy, do I have to replace the entire Dispenser Funnel Guide Assy or can I replace the ice dispenser switch?

1 Answer

Dueh, The dispenser funnel assembly would have to be replaced as a complete assembly. It would be more likely that this issue will be a faulty dispenser board since the water is working.

Cole, with the power cord unplugged, the bottom cover of the user interface will have two screws holding it on that would need to be removed to take off the cover. This will expose two mounting screws for the user interface. Once the screws and user interface are removed, the mounting screws for the module can be taken out and the module pulled forward.

Jim, Unfortunately, the ice door is not available as a separate part and you will need to replace the funnel assembly to get it.
