John March 23, 2023 for Model Number 790.9601 How to remove stuck bottom oven panel, only two small capped holes in rear corners
1 Answer Hello John, typically the front of the oven floor is under the front liner frame, in the rear there should be 2 long screws with knurled heads that are unscrewed till loose then the floor is raised from the rear till you can tip it free from the front. Read More...

Frances January 01, 2020 for Model Number FCS388WHCA This is a slide-in range. Apparantly there were optional side panels you could buy if you wanted it to be more like a regular range and not look like a built in/slide in. I can't find what part that would be or if there is anything that would be compatible for this. The way it is now, there is a lip that sticks out on the top left and right. I guess the panels would square it off. thanks
1 Answer Frances, The only side covers the manufacturer is offering would be the same as what you have with the lip on top. Read More...
Richard June 19, 2019 I have not ordered the part as am not sure what color I can expect the enamel to be , it will be enamel correct?
Robin June 16, 2019 for Model Number CFE3050LSK Hello, I tried to remove the bottom panel of my oven and did not succeed. It does not have screws, only holes. I pushed through the hole with a screwdriver as shown and pull it up from the rear but it would not come out from the front. Now the front of the panel is not aligning anymore with the frame of the oven and the back does not go back in place fully. Please advise what else I need to do to remove it? Thank you so much.
1 Answer Robin, For a proper diagnosis, we would need you to please verify the model number from the units' I.D. tag since it will not come up for us as a valid model number. Without the model it not easy to say but i would suspect you did not pull the rear up far enough and now the panel is not straight. Try pulling up farther on the rear until the front panel is free from underneath the lip. Read More...

Cynthia October 06, 2018 for Model Number frigidaire oven model lgef3046tfd I steam cleaned my oven and all the water evaporated and left water marks that I can't get off. I followed instruction. did not use a oven liner. I looks ash grey, no residue. 1Can I cook safely in this oven? 2. can I get it shiny again?
1 Answer Cynthia, Try to clean this with a vinegar to see if it will take off the ash look. This sounds like calcium deposits from when the oven was steam cleaned. It is best to not keep anything in the oven when self cleaning. Read More...
