Bill February 24, 2015 I just received an upper rack assembly for my Frigidaire dishwasher - PLDB998CC0. In the box was the new rack and a separate washing arm and mounting arm. I replaced the rack easily but made no sense of the new spinning arm and bracket. Doesn't resemble the original one. So I put the original back on the new rack. Can you explain this new spinner and bracket?
