Chuck S. March 02, 2012 for Model Number fdb750rcco My dishwasher is not washing well at all. I looked at it, the wash arm that is on the upper rack is not getting water. I looked at the breakdown on this website and it looks like the part that is number nine on the upper rack. Is that suppose to hook up to where the water comes out of top? I'm looking at diagram and I cant figure where it shows that. When I look at it, it looks like something should be there that broke off. Let me know please.
