Brian April 26, 2023 for Model Number FFHB2740PEBA Our control board keeps intermittently beeping,. We check and the doors are closed and the temps say 4/38. Sometimes the beeping is once or twice, other times it's multiple times every few minutes. Then it will be fine for a while(hours or a day). There will be times that the night light will turn on by itself and we turn it back off(we don't use the night light setting) When the beeping happens, the board is not lit up but I have found that the board will light up and I can see the ice maker control turning on/off multiple times by itself. I'm guess it is the dispenser user interface board that is acting up. Is this a correct assumption? Thanks in advance. Brian
1 Answer Brian, based on the information provided, the dispenser user interface 5304527929 is the most likely cause and has an intermittent failure in the touch sensor. Read More...

Ross December 29, 2022 for Model Number FFHB2470PPDA Some of the segments in the digits on the user control panel do not illuminate making the freezer and refrigerator difficult to read. Would a new user control panel fix this or would you suggest something else? Thank you for your excellent videos and a Happy New Year to you and your staff.
1 Answer Ross, as there are only some LED segments not illuminated, replacing the user interface would be the correct action. Read More...
Cliff September 16, 2022 for Model Number FFHB2740PP5A Ice dispenser suddenly just woudl not stop dispensing ice. The dispenser arm switch seems to click and move freely when pressed. But, when not pressed, it still tries to dispense ice. There is nothing blocking it. Bad interface?
