Johnm December 10, 2013 for Model Number jbp78wy5 After a self clean cycle, I opened the oven and found the bottom heating element had "self-destructed" literally breaking into 3 pieces. I had used the oven 1 day earlier with no issue. I hope replacing the heating element will solve the problem
