Dave December 16, 2012 for Model Number GE JKP27WOP3WG The digital display and upper oven are not working. What is the typical part that would cause this failure and where would I find the replacement at?
1 Answer Hello Dave, You will want to test your clock assembly to make sure that you are getting voltage. You should be getting 120 vac between L1 and N. If you are getting power but no display then you will need to replace the clock WB27K5190 on unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
Mary H. November 23, 2012 for Model Number wb27k5299 / wb27t10264 We need a wiring diagram with the old & new clock wiring. No tech. needed.
1 Answer Hello Mary, Without a model number, we cannot even see the old clock since, if you enter the old clock number, the new one comes up straight away. If you could please provide the model number off of the units' I.D. tag, we can send you information to aid you in your repair. Read More...
