Jonathan, unfortunately, as the control WB27T10264 has been discontinued, we would not be able to recommend an alternative repair. In regards to the transformer on the control, we would not know of any replacement component used on this control as the manufacturer does not provide this information.

Jim B. for Model Number JKP15BW1BB (oven) and WB27K5299 (control/clock unit)

I need a replacement control unit (broiler output relay does not switch voltage to element). This part is shown to be the proper replacement for my original control unit. However, the switch layout does not match my oven's current switch layout (both in number of switches and their position). How can this unit be a replacement if it's switches don't match the printed control markings on my current unit? Thanks

Hello Jim, WB27T10264 is the part substituted by the manufacturer. It should come with any necessary instructions needed to make it operational on your model.

G-Mac, You will want to check the ribbon harness connection at the clock assembly. Check for loose or corroded connection. If this checks ok then the most likely cause woudlb e a bad control panel.

Hello Linda. You do not replace the clock from the front. You have to pull out the oven and remove the top panel to replace the clock in the unit.
