Bob August 11, 2014 for Model Number JVM1740DP1BB Last night my microwave started making a ringing noise and the screen said the control panel was shorted out. I unplugged it and plugged it back in this morning and now it works again. Is this a fire hazard? Also is it hard to replace this panel? Thank you
1 Answer Hello Bob, The unit will be fine until the error message is displayed again. It is the fault code for the touch pad WB07X11278 having a key that is contacting all the time.
