1 Answer Cassandra, The model number for your refrigerator should be located in the refrigerator compartment on the ceiling or one of the side walls at the top. If it is an older model it may be located on the frame of the unit below the refrigerator door on the right side. My icemaker is only filling 1-2 cubes at a time, and I am wondering if the filter is plugged, so it is preventing water to flow thru valve, into the tray. Either way, how does one check the filter? What is its life?
1 Answer Hello Kerry, we don't have a way to advise on how to test your water filter. Rule of thumb is to replace the water filter every six months.
