Hello Scott, I'm sorry but we do not show an icemaker kit for the freezer compartment is available for the model provided. The IM5-D is listed as an optional second icemaker for the freezer compartment but is only listed for for use in select French-door bottom-freezer refrigerators with model numbers beginning with GFE28G, GYE22H, PFE28K & PYE22K. Jim, Unfortunately we would not be able to tell you which instructions to use since we do not have a listing of the tag that should have been on your unit. Look for a tag that may have the icemaker type needed listed and see if it has a letter indicating which instructions to use.
