If it is receiving voltage, the most common cause for a no-drain situation on this model is the "D" seal inside the pump housing WD19X10020 if the drain solenoid is being engaged. If the solenoid is not engaging, the solenoid WD21X10268 would need to be replaced. In regards to the kickplate, the manufacturer does not offer one in stainless steel. I do not know what it is called, "toe-kick" maybe, but is the finished part just under the door of the dishwasher. Also, the water is not draining during a wash cycle (this is why I found your site) Is it safe to assume it is the pump that is bad? I have checked the line for a clog of any kind.

I got it from my friend who was upgrading her kitchen to stainless steel. She said it always worked when she was using it. If the door can't close, and the detergent isn't dispensed at the proper time, the dishes may not get properly cleaned.
