Anna, To disassemble the door you will use a putty knife in between the inner and outer panel and pop the inner panel loose. Once this is out then you will remove the screws holding the inner glass frame in place in order to get the panel off.

Hi Claudia. The transformer, diode, capacitor, and magnetron are all considered "high voltage" and a life and death danger. You should consider letting a qualified trained technician diagnose the issue of the "NO-Heat". The question answered will be as such.... The Capacitor stores high voltage. You use a isolated needle nose pliers to remove the connectors on the capacitor. Then you take the pliers and "short- out" the capacitor terminals against itself. Doing this a few times one after another. This will discharge the capacitor so it is safe to test further with a test meter. Be safe and let us know if we can help further. Thank you.

Claudia, We don't have a spanish version of the manual available, but here you go : To Remove Door: 1. Remove power, top grille and short out capacitor. 2. Remove the 4 (2 on top & 2 on bottom) 5/16" head screws on door hinges and #2 phillips head screw on top. 3. Door will pull away from unit with the hinges attached to the door. To Remove Door Handle: With door open: 1. Remove inner door trim. 2. Remove door handle screws. You will need a stiff blade putty knife or screwdriver, to insert between the inner metal door panel, and the outer plastic frame. You will need to pry up and out on the plastic frame tabs, until they are dislodged from the metal frame, you'll need to do this all the way around the door. 4. When reinstalling door reverse procedure. Good Luck and Thanks
