Louis Molinaro July 05, 2011 I have a GE/Kenmore gas stove top that uses a spark module park #WB13K25. I replaced the unit about a year or so ago and since I installed the new spark module, the igniter goes on every few minutes especiallly in hot humid conditions. Can you tell me if this condition is normal? Before I replace the spark module it did not do this.

When I took off the glass top it looks like the wires were a little crispy and no electric spark was shown when I turned the gas on. Do I need to replace the spark module or the wires that are connected from the module to the actual burners?
