Puzzled July 18, 2013 for Model Number ge MB1 I was given a water dispenser & I am missing the probe &/or support collar for this dispenser. GE said they cant find the model # in their records. They told me to check their part website to get a picture of the part, but I have no idea what it looks like cause I never had the part. Any ideas?
