Hello Troy, It appears that you have the wrong timer for your units' model number. I looked it up and you should have timer WE4M527. The timer you have now is not compatible with that model.

Patsy, If the dryer is just buzzing when you start it, then you will want to check to see if the motor is what is making the buzzing noise. It is possible that the motor could be making the noise and could be a seized drum bearing or the drum is hung up not allowing it to turn. Also could be a faulty motor start winding which would make a buzzing noise when you try to start.
