Bill Jones March 07, 2020 Replacing LG Dishwasher Filter Replacement, Repair #ADQ32598202. When I tried to replace the lower spray arm it would not snap into place, pushed down but nothing snapped. When it was all the way down it would not turn easily. When I had it so it would turn easy, it wouldn't stay in place. Any ideas.

1 Answer Leslie, the manufacturer recommends that the unit be ran through a quick cycle with detergent and no dishes. If that does not improve the issue, then run a quick cycle with 2 cups placed in the lower rack and filled with white distilled vinegar. If that does not clear the filter, then the filter can be removed by removing the spray arm and the screws that secure it to the base.
