David January 26, 2024 for Model Number 795.71033.010 kenmore elite The ice maker doesn't always eject the cubes. They stick in the tray or break up when it goes through the eject cycle. Other wise it functions properly. I have taken the unit out and tried to clean the tray and this helps for awhile. Is the tray replaceable if so how?. Any other suggestions?

The button located under the ice maker motor, to trigger the ice mold/tray to rotate has no effect. Water dispenser still works when door is shut, as usual i.e. filter not clogged. No noticeable build up of ice indicating a frozen water line, though the hair dryer solution was tried. Thanks for any repair suggestions.

Tom August 03, 2018 for Model Number LFX25978ST00 The icemaker makes ice ok, and the dispenser runs and spits out ice ok. but the ice gets stuck and builds up in the chute underneath, maybe because the little door under the chute doesn't open far enough. Joe M. July 31, 2018 for Model Number LMXS30776S/01 The icemaker does not always dump ice. The bin is not full. My thinking is the eyes/sensors are either faulty or misaligned. Is there any way to check this out and/or adjust? I have manually tripped the icemaker to discharge ice and it works. There aren't any leaks, etc. I have wiggled the sensors and cleaned them and sometimes it works for a while. That's why I think it's not aligned correctly. Thanks
