David July 08, 2019 What's the best way to determine if this is the issue? The ice maker initially made ice but wasn't turning to dump it unless you hit the bottom to cycle it, now it is stuck in the dumped position and won't even cycle.

Paul June 17, 2019 for Model Number 79551314014 The auto ice maker is making cubes larger than before. The ice cubes are coming out of the tray in groups of 4 or 6. We can see that too much water is put into the tray which causes the large cubes and also puts water into the bottom of the cube holder causing the auger to freeze to the holder. 1 Answer Paul, There is a reset button on the bottom of the ice maker on the front cover. Press and hold until the ice maker cycles and watch the process until it fills. If you hear the valve shut off and water still runs into the ice maker and overflows then the valve would be the issue.
