Sean September 03, 2018 for Model Number LG LMX28988ST I ordered a million spring for this door. Part #MHY62044103. However after removing the mullion itself I cannot get the spring to fit. It appears to be too big and/or long and won’t seat where it is supposed to. Can you tell me if they make a spring for my model # provided or do I need the entire mullion itself?

Bret June 01, 2017 The spring in the picture is wound correctly, but the one I received is wound backwards. Isn't there a spring wound correctly, like the one in the photo, available? This appears to be an attempt to sell a larger, much more expensive component (mullion) instead of a small spring.

MHY62044106 is a 6 coil spring, wound in a clockwise direction.
