Krystal July 19, 2023 for Model Number WM2140CW Improper spin cycles. Was resetting the control board regularly. Is this the correct board to replace?
1 Answer Krystal, while the main control CSP30000802 would be the most likely cause of failure, unfortunately, the manufacturer has discontinued this part and it is no longer available. Read More...
Clyde September 13, 2015 for Model Number GSH25JGDB BB WATER DOES NOT DISPENSE I put on a new filter, did the four minute hold on dispenser, put a new water valve solenoid , what should I do next. It could be the mother board.
1 Answer Hello Clyde. You need to check and see if the water tube in the freezer door is frozen. If so, you will need to thaw it out and install the heater kit WR49X10173 into the unit. Read More...
Mario July 08, 2013 for Model Number lfc20760sw Replaced this board today and I hear a clicking noise coming from the board and the compressor starts for about 5 to 10 secs and shuts off. The old board didnt even turn the display lights and the new one does. Checked the compressor and that seem good to the winding test. Replaced start relay and overload, but clicking noise is whats shutting down the temperture display. When I put it to 7 coldest and resets itself back to four. Do you have any idea what else could it be thanks so much for your help? This unit is about 4 years old and in december ran out of warranty, but all sealed parts are warranty up to seven years. Wondering if its sound like that could be the issue. Personally I think its electrically but i'm not any expert.

Lorenzo T May 20, 2013 for Model Number LFC20760ST Hello Friends my question is the freezer section gets too cold with ice by the door so what is wrong thanks
1 Answer Lorenzo, Your first check needs to be at the freezer drawer front, door seal and baskets. Check and make sure there are no small articles hanging over the sides of the shelf or basket, especially behind the basket, that would keep the door from closing and sealing properly. Make sure the refrigerator is level and solid on the floor. Make sure the drawer is mounted to the rail tightly and properly and the rail is seated in the track. Also check and ensure the average air temperature in the freezer compartment is 3 to 5 Dgrs.F. Ice on the freezer liner indicates an air leak into the freezer from the door and a temperature that could be too low. Read More...
