Michael, This would most likely be an issue with the dispenser board with both ice and water dispensing. There are 2 microswitches but would be unlikely both have failed at the same time.

Mars, To gain access to the dispenser, use a putty knife under the bottom of the dispenser trim and pop the trim off. This would give access to the dispenser lever and switch.

Mim, To get the dispenser front off you would remove the dispenser tray and then push down and pull out on the area under the dispenser tray to pop it loose.

Andy, if you get underneath the control panel on the dispenser with a flat blade you can pop the display out and will then have access to the switch to replace it.
