Michael September 19, 2016 for Model Number SMH9187ST/XAA I am getting the error code SE. According to troubleshooting information this is a keypad problem. Do I need to replace the entire control panel assembly (DE94-02001C) or just the switch membrane (DE34-00330A)? I have already disassembled and attempted cleaning connections with limited success. It worked ok for a while, then error code re-appeared.

Darren February 28, 2016 for Model Number SMH9187ST I keep getting the 5E/SE code on my microwave. I have removed the control panel twice and cleaned the touch pad tape that inserts into the circuit board. It will work for a couple of days and then I will get the code again. My understanding is that if I replace this control panel that will fix my problem. If this is so then I want to make sure that I have the right control panel. Is the correct control panel AP5322472.
