Kerry S February 16, 2017 for Model Number RF263AERS/XAA None of the controls work at all. The unit keeps pinging and scrolling the freezer temperature. Holding the power cool and power freeze buttons simultaneously will, very seldom, give the 88's and all the leds are lit with none blinking. I just ordered a replacement control board for behind the top controls. The unit is six years old and has been doing this since about thirty seconds after the warranty expired...... Good start on a fix????

Frank October 19, 2016 for Model Number RF266AERS/XAA-0001 Hi, the 4 led zeros wont change for nothing and the second zero from the right , the top left part of the led is flashing on and off.... all others remain on.....no matter what controls i press , no response whatsoever.
