Kerry S for Model Number RF263AERS/XAA None of the controls work at all. The unit keeps pinging and scrolling the freezer temperature. Holding the power cool and power freeze buttons simultaneously will, very seldom, give the 88's and all the leds are lit with none blinking. I just ordered a replacement control board for behind the top controls. The unit is six years old and has been doing this since about thirty seconds after the warranty expired...... Good start on a fix????
