Tim April 27, 2021 for Model Number WF330ANB/XAA The washer just stopped about 5 min. into the cycle. It tripped the breaker. I unplugged the machine and reset the breaker. I tested the outlet with a drop light and it works fine. The washer is completely dead no display no power. The door is locked and won't open.

Jeff December 01, 2020 for Model Number WF42H5200AW/A2 This machine wasn't unlocking after the cycle completed. I replaced the door lock thinking that was the problem. It is still doing the same thing. Also, I noticed that when, after the cycle is started, I can press the start/pause button to pause the washer and it doesn't pause. There are no error codes given. Washer works fine once you start it, it finishes the cycle. Just doesn't unlock after the cycle is done. I have to turn the washer back on or unplug it and plug it back in to get the door latch to unlock. What is my next step?
