Jerry V. August 28, 2012 for Model Number Samsung Ref. Model RF266AERS I need mfg part number DA61-01800A,Fixer Sensor. My urethane part of the device is OK; the plastic box the urethane sensor is molded to fits and in which the urethane sensor sits is cracked. Does Part # DA61-01800 consist of both pieces? Or, do I have to order the plastic box separately?
Tony May 09, 2012 for Model Number RS253BASB The lever from the ice tray broke. I don't want to purchase the whole assembly if I only need the lever. Where can I purchase the part that I need? Thanks
1 Answer Hello Tony, Unfortunately, Samsung does not make all of the individual parts for the icemakers available so they are considered, in many cases, unserviceable. The icemaker DA97-02203H has to be replaced as an assembly in these cases. Read More...

Franklin P. May 17, 2011 for Model Number RS2630SH My Ice Maker Tray is not turning back over to the upright position and it is dumping water into my freezer. It gets stuck and I have to twist it but it still does not turn over until a later time on its own. Then the water dumps to the fan area and causes the fan to make a loud noice. I removed the ice arround the fan and it has stopped the noise but I would like my ice maker to work properly so we can have ice and stop the water from dumping out and the tray to turn back to the upright position after dumping the ice.
1 Answer Hello Franklin. You will need to replace the icemaker assembly DA97-02203H. This will repair the problem you are describing. Hope this helps. Read More...
