Fraser December 30, 2015 for Model Number Samsung RS261MDRS side-by-side refrigerator Ice maker makes ice but will not turn it out of the tray into the bin. It will dispense what is in the bin just fine. The unit is not responding to the reset button, and the "ice off" indicator light won't work. It will chime up, and it will chime down, but the light doesn't come on either way. I've let the refrigerator sit for hours under both chime-up and chime-down conditions, and it still doesn't change anything. The water feed line is OK because the dispenser in the door produces water just fine. I took the icemaker out, emptied the tray, put the icemaker back in, and now it won't even fill, and still doesn't respond to the reset button.

Leslie October 11, 2015 for Model Number RFG298HDRS/XAA-0000 The ice in the bottow drawer ice maker is in large pieces. It forms cubes, but does not break them apart before it ejects them into the tray. I found a piece months ago in the freezer, but didn't know what it was for and have misplaced it since then. It looked like the bracket sensor DA61-01800A. I'm assuming the clip part is gone also. What is the number for that piece?

Craig June 30, 2014 for Model Number Rs267lbbp/xaa Ice maker making cubes but not dispensing. Continues until water overflows into ice bin and into floor. Replaced part#da97-00258g. When got new ice maker found that my old tray had 8 cubes new one only had 7. Went ahead and replaced using old tray since new one was not long enough. Still having same issue. Water fills up , freezes , cycles but does not dump, and adds more water on top of existing ice cubes.
