1 Answer Hi Fozzy. Is there a wiring diagram with the unit inside the cabinet. It is folded in a packet. It may be in with the control board. The Blue wire from the heater relay from the control panel feeds one side of the TH3 cut off thermostat. Then the black jumper wire from the other side of the thermostat to the TH2 thermostat. Then the other side of that thermostat to one side of the heater post. The other heater post has a red feed wire to it. If this is different then your model it may be because of a middle series of the same model #. So if your wiring diagram shows different it will take precedence over this.
