Ken November 12, 2025 for Model Number Samsung RF24FSEDBSR Refrigerator is working fine but freezer and flex zone drawer is not going below 65 F. Compressor is running, all fans are running, solid blinking light on control board, no ice blockages. Replaced temperature sensor in freezer but that didn't resolve the problem with the freezer. What else can I check or replace?
1 Answer Hello Ken, and thank you for your question. The refrigerator and the flex zone thermistors would need to be tested for resistance to identify if they are operating properly. At 37 degrees they should measure around 11,700 Ohms and at 65 degrees, they should measure around 6500 Ohms. If the thermistors test good for resistance, the main control would be the likely cause of failure based on the information provided. Cafweiss May 01, 2024 for Model Number RF28HFEDTSR/AA The bottom ice bin compartment - something got stuck and was unable to open/close the bottom freezer compartment. When I reopen the door in the reserve ice bin there was a 6" curve plastic piece laying in the ice cube bin. Was not sure what the piece was too until the ice bin kept making ice over the next few days overflowing the compartment. So, my thought process, it must be the lever that stops ice from falling from above once it reaches a full status. So is there a part i can replace or is there a more serious piece that needs to be replace.

Rmickens40 November 03, 2022 for Model Number RF261BEAESP/AA I have a Samsung refrigerator French door bottom freezer, problem started when water started coming from bottom of crisper shelf, removed back panel unstop drain, went to back of fridge and remove bottom panel clean out two drain holes also removed dust from coils and fan, placed everything back together reset fridge back freezer temp not working properly and the ice maker do not work what is the problem with the unit. Will not freeze water bottle.
