Cheryl July 16, 2018 for Model Number AWN432SP113TW01 The knob on my speed queen top loading commercial washer broke off. There is a piece cracked off stuck in the knob. Do I need any other part other than the knob? Almost looks like the piece that it fits on, It is the knob that adjusts the load size. HELP!

Alan July 09, 2017 for Model Number AWN542SP111TW01 The knob on the cycle control on my Speed Queen no longer engages to reset the cycle. The ring behind it though can be advanced with some difficulty, and once advanced to the beginning of a cycle, the timer itself seems to be working properly to complete the cycle. Is this simply a problem with the knob itself, or is the interface at the timer broken, requiring the replacement of the timer?
