Arturo October 31, 2019 for Model Number AWN542SP111TW01 How do I pull out the control knob? It seems the control knob broke off where it connects with the shaft or the cycle indicator base. The knob spins freely over the cycle indicator base it is installed over. The cycle indicator does not spin freely and still works. It can be moved, with difficulty, to select the proper washing cycle.
