Tom March 13, 2015 for Model Number Viking ved0205-ss My son-in-law removed the doors to my Viking Oven by lifting them up in the locked position. We can't figure out how to put them back on. All the instructions I see are assuming that the door was taken off in the partially open position.
1 Answer Hello Tom, You will have to flex the hinges open to the broil position and if holes are not present for pins, use two pairs of vise grips to hold the hinges in position while the hinges are inserted into the hinge receivers on the oven front. Read More...

Mtanne January 14, 2014 for Model Number VGIC305-4BSS I need to replace the oven hinges on my Viking and I have read your postings concerning how to do this. Thank you very much for the information. My one question is the removal of the side planels to get to the hinge screws. Are the side panels the inside panels of the oven?
1 Answer Hello Mtanne. There is no need on your model to remove the panels. DOOR REMOVAL 1. Open the door approximately 15° to 20° then slowly pull upward until the door stop (A) pops out of the door socket. Gently close the door until the door stops rest against one of the stop notches (C). Slide the door up until completely free of the hinge arms.b) Grasp the door near the lower end; c) Place your thumbs over the door socket openings to prevent the door stops from popping out; d) Hold the door stops in the door while sliding the door up approximately 3 inches; e) Release the door stops and gently close the door until the door stops rest against one of the stop notches. 2. To replace the door, place the hinge arms into the door sockets. Slide the door down close to the door stops and release the pressure from the stop notches. Slowly lower the door down completely allowing the door stops to retract into the door socket. DOOR HINGE REMOVAL 1. Remove door. (See oven door removal.) 2. Remove two (2) screws located behind the door seal for the top screw and beneath the access panel below the door for the bottom screw. 3. Open the hinge and lock in the most open position. 4. Remove the hinge through the opening toward the front of the range. This is the closest instructions I can give. The hinge part # PC020007 needs to be replaced both at the same time. Thank You.
