Russell, To be able to get the door hinges off this unit you will want to remove the side panels of the unit. This will give you access to the hinges.

Deb, Yes, if one of the door hinges is broken you would want to replace both hinges due to possible failure of the other.

Rosemary, the door would need to be lifted off of the hinge after placing something into the hinge lock slot to prevent the hinge from snapping back. once this is done, the burner panel at the top would need to be removed to gain access to screws holding the side panels to the frame. The side panels have to be removed to gain access to the hinges so that they can be removed once the mounting screws are removed.

Vince, You would open the door hinge to the first stopping point and then slide the door into place.

Donna, There are no pins required to remove the hinges or the door off the unit. If you open the door, there may be a screw in the door that would screw in through the hinge and then close the door the first stopping point and lift the door off the hinges.

Viking, There should be a latch on the hinge or a hole that you would need to put a pin or something in. This will allow the door hinge to stay open so that it can be reinserted into the hinge receptacle.
