Chandler R New York , NY February 14, 2016 Appliance: Model VIKING PROFESSIONAL Oven door hinges pins were sheared Replacing the hinges on my Viking Professional range was as a snap and easier than I expected. The door easily slid off the hinge brackets. You may have to flip the silver locking brackets to allow the door to release. Removing the hinges only required a phillips screwdriver. The "self-tapping" screws required a little effort to tighten completely. Slide the door back on, and voila, you are done. There are a couple of adjustment screws at the end of the brackets that you can back out to ensure the door is aligned correctly. I backed my out a couple of turns.
