Michael January 04, 2021 for Model Number KGRA806PSS00 are there any videos/instructions on how to get the panel off and new one installed?
1 Answer Michael, the video for the main control WP9762810 can be used as a reference for how to access where the membrane switch WP9756559ES connects to the control. Once the ribbon is disconnected from the control, the membrane would peel off of the console panel. The main control can be moved to press on the back of the membrane to make peeling it up easier. Lockjam August 01, 2016 Hi - after running self clean - the oven is locked. Everything suggests blown fuse. How can I find the model number if both methods indicated require opening the door that does not open?
1 Answer Lockjam, If this is a range then the model number may be down where the storage drawer is. If this is a wall oven you will have to fish the lock open using a rigid wire. Take the wire and get between the frame and the door and slide it across to get the ahold of the hook to release. Read More...

Ovenless In Miami November 28, 2014 for Model Number KESA907PSS00 The oven will not shut off when the button is pressed although all other buttons work. I assume we need to replace the switch membrane. Does this require just pulling off the old one and sticking on the new one or removing the control panel? Exactly what will I have to do to replace the switch membrane? Thanks!
1 Answer Ovenless in Miami, In order to replace the membrane switch you will have to remove the control panel. The membrane has a ribbon harness that connects to the clock and you will have to remove the control to access this. Read More...
