Hello Bob, thank you for contacting Appliance Parts Pros. This is likely to be an issue with either the power cord W11728151 W11728151 or its connections, or the speed control assembly WP9706648 WP9706648. I recommend unplugging the unit, accessing the speed control and power cord, and checking the connections are secured and in good condition. If the wiring and connections look good it is likely the speed control but may still be an issue with the power cord.

Abdul, as the motor utilizes multiple voltages sent by the control to operate, utilizing 120VAC will only identify if it operates under full voltage rather than if it operates at all voltage ranges.

William D, The model number listed is not coming up but if there is a speed control plate then it would be the most likely issue but could also be an issue with the phase board if the unit has a phase board. If the unit has a speed control board then it will control all aspects of the motor speed.
