Chris June 01, 2015 for Model Number JDS9860BDB I purchased and received (thanks for the fast shipping!) the control panel for my Jenn Air range last week. I assumed that the circuit board came with the control panel but I see now that this part (number AP4507647) is sold separately. I did not want to install the control panel, and not be able to return it, if the problem was the circuit/electric board. Do people have more problems with the control panel or the circuit board? I see that you guys have a great return policy (glad I bought from appliancepartpros.com!). Thanks!
1 Answer Chris, We cannot say for certain which part you would need , the control board or control panel, without knowing what is going on with the unit. There is probably an equal share of both these parts that can fail. Read More...
