Stephanie July 07, 2014 for Model Number kg25h7xsl5 The planetary is coming apart from the rest of the mixer. There is about 1/4 inch gap. It looks like there is a washer or something that is loose just below where the rod you hook the attachments to goes into the planetary. What would you suggest doing? Should I just replace the washers and retaining clips in the planetary? Thank you for your help!
1 Answer Stephanie, You will want to check to make sure that the pins are in that hold the planetary in place and make sure that they have not sheered off. Read More...
