George, you'll need to measure the current baffles in your unit to verify if you need the tall baffle part number WP33002032 or short baffle part number WP33001755. You may click on each part number to view the parts information and to view the available installation video. Thanks!

Madeline, If you lift the main top of the unit you can tighten the baffles. To do this you will need to remove the door and the screws on the opposite side of the opening. Once the door is off and the screws out you will want to remove the front panel. With the front panel off there will be screws to remove on either side that will allow you to remove the main top.

Hello Dee, Unplug the unit and open the door. Remove the screws that secure the door hinges to the front panel. Remove the door and "twist" the top end of the front panel to release it from the retaining tabs. Tilt the main front out toward you and lift it off of the bottom clips. Now remove the two 5/16 inch hex head screws that hold the clips on that are holding the main top down. Once these are off, the main top can be raised. The baffle should be completely removed for inspection. If the holes are stripped, the baffle WP33002032 will have to be replaced so it can hold the screw. The missing screws will, by the way, be in the bottom of the unit so you will not need to order replacement screws 33002973 unless you cannot find them. If the baffle seems to be OK, since the screw came out once before, squirt a dab of silicone sealant into the hold before reinstalling the screw to hold the baffle in place. This normally prevents the baffle screw from backing out again unless the hole is "wallowed out".

Hello Rianna. It should be fine until you get it repaired, but can tear clothes on the screw holes for the baffles WP33001755. Hope this helps.
