Larry C. April 25, 2017 for Model Number WED6400SW1 I have a large dryer and it doesn't tumble my cloths properly! Blankets and comforters are especially tough to dry. They just seem to roll at the bottom rather than tumbling! Is there a dryer baffle extension or taller baffles available?
1 Answer Larry, The WP33001755 drum baffle, will not work in your dryer. it"s a different configuration and wont mount to the drum. Your dryer already has the tall baffles installed 8565688 / 8565688 Baffle Drum ( HI) and all three should be the same. You may want to check for any fabric softener deposits on the tumbler, a build up can cause the articles to tumble incorrectly, check the tumbler speed. The drum should rotate at approximately 50 RPMs(+/-2) If the tumbler speed is in range, the drum and bulkheads are clean, you may want to add a clean, dry, heavy article to the blanket or comforter to "break up" the load. (a small childs tennis shoe, or a couple or three clean/new tennis balls usually work pretty good). Read More...
