Bernita January 11, 2020 for Model Number GU3200XTPB4 The new silverware basket design does not work with attaching to the rack on the front with the old clips. I can't attach to my door,so I need it to attach to the rack. Are there replacement clips to make this work? When trying to attach to the front clips, the clip on the basket sets down on the outside of the clip holder, so then it can't stay in place. I received the rack the same as from your video. If I had the older version with the blue fold down slot holder on it then it fits, but this new version doesn't. I think this is what someone else was asking that you thought Amazon sent wrong to her. Part W11158802 needs different clips on rack to work. I would just buy the clips to make it work if they are available. Try them on your dishwasher you used in your video and see if it fits.Thanks.

Barbara August 18, 2016 for Model Number DU1100XTPB7 Need a new silverware basket. Ordered from Amazon and they said 8535075 basket would fit but it doesn't. Thought they packed the wrong one in the box so ordered another one but it was the same. The latches on the sides are different and won't hook into our latches on the dishwasher. Before ordering from you I want to make sure that the side latches are the same as my old one. How can I make sure I'm ordering the correct one.

1 Answer Diane, The way that the water sprays throughout the unit allows it to also spray the utensils basket on the door. The water does not necessarily come up from the bottom of the basket but shoots through the holes and down from the top. Donna July 20, 2014 for Model Number Whirlpool gold quiet partner III My basket won't stay closed. Every time I open the door it opens spilling all of the contents. I have replaced the hinge that closes the basket. I have even manually closed the basket by pulling down on the metal latches. It still won't stay shut.
