Diane J for Model Number basket ap 3775535 How does silverware get clean when the basket is attached to the door. I dont see how water can get underneath the basket to clean the silverware?
Answer Diane, The way that the water sprays throughout the unit allows it to also spray the utensils basket on the door. The water does not necessarily come up from the bottom of the basket but shoots through the holes and down from the top. It is recommended that when you load the silverware basket that the utensils are facing up half up in the holder and half down for better cleaning performance. Read More...
