Followed the instructions to remove it up to page 4-3, first item (d) where we have to take out two recessed screws on the console. The one shown at the left was easy, just as shown. There is no recessed screw to the right where the arrow points in the photo. We can't find this second screw anywhere. What are we missing? The console will not come off since there is still once screw, somewhere!
1 Answer Hi Kristin. There are 3-different screwq placement areas. One is ynder the top on both opossing inside control poanel corners. Then after removing the soap dispenser there are front torx screws there at the facer of the control panel. Then look up under the knob right above the top 12:00 door boot position. Dean April 20, 2012 for Model Number wfw8300sw05 I just replaced the bellows on my washer. It still has a small leak at the bottom of the door when going through the "Clean Washer" cycle. The gasket has a few creases in it from shipping. Will these smooth out with time and correct the leak or do I have another problem?
1 Answer Hello Dean, The creases will only straighten out if the installation pulls them out straight. If the installation allows the creases to remain, they will remain until the bellows gets replaced again. you may need to remove one of the clamps and put a "twist" into it for the creases to smooth out.
